Abstract
|
|
|
The suprahyoid laryngeal release technique is considered to be the most effective single method for the plasty of upper air way compared to other release procedures.
Intrathoracic release technique is the method of the choice for the plasty of the lower air way.
Combined release technique, utilizing both SHR and ITR, is the acceptable technique in obtaining additional length for the plasty of a long defects of air way in spite of the extensive surgical intervention required.
